Privacy notice
Last updated 2026-09-17.
This notice explains what Direct Life Advisors collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
When you call us. Our phone number is a tracked line. When you call, we record the number you called from and the time and length of the call, and we use that to route the call and to see which advertising is working. Calls are sometimes recorded for training and quality. When a call is being recorded, you are told so at the start of it.
When you browse. Standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the referring page. These pages carry no analytics or advertising tags today and set no cookies of their own. If that changes, this notice changes with it and the date at the top moves.
What we do not collect here. This site does not ask for your Social Security number, your date of birth, your medical history, or payment details. Those come up only in an application, and an application is a separate document you sign.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your question, to recommend coverage if you ask us to, to submit an application you have signed, and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to a licensed insurance agency. If you become a client, information you give us is shared with the insurance company you are applying to, because that is how an application is submitted.
We do not sell leads and we do not rent or sell your contact details. If we ever add advertising or analytics tags to these pages, the sharing of identifiers with those providers can count as a "sale or share" under California law even where no money changes hands for your details. You can tell us in advance not to do that with yours: call the number in the Contact section below and say "do not sell or share my personal information." We apply it and confirm it back to you.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
These pages set no cookies of their own and carry no analytics or advertising tags today. If we add any, they will be named here, they will be governed by their own privacy policies, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work normally.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A growing number of states give residents those rights in statute. Rather than track which state you are in, we extend them to everyone who asks. Call the number at the bottom of this page and say what you want done, and we will take the request on the call and confirm it back to you.
To stop hearing from us, say so on a call, or reply to any email we send you asking to be removed. We act on it, and we do not need a reason.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
How long we keep it
Records tied to an insurance application are kept for as long as the states we are licensed in require an agency to keep them, which runs to several years after a policy ends. Call records and website logs are kept while they are useful for running the business and are cleared after that. If you ask us to delete what we hold and no rule requires us to keep it, we delete it.
Security
We hold personal information on access-controlled systems and limit it to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
