Callback requests
You can read this website without submitting personal information. If you request a callback, we collect your first and last name, phone number, coverage interest, age range, state, and your request to be contacted. Before submitting, you must actively check the callback consent box. We save the checked status, the exact consent wording, and the submission time with your request. This consent is for a live phone call from Aurora Insurance Partners about your request; it does not authorize automated calls or text marketing. Consent is not required to buy insurance, and you may withdraw it by contacting us. The health question offers broad categories and a choice to discuss health by phone. Please do not enter medical details, Social Security numbers, or payment information.
Aurora Insurance Partners uses your request to contact you about insurance options. Our n8n automation sends requests to a private Google Form for temporary lead storage, with email notifications to the agency. We keep requests available for follow-up and transfer to our customer management system; this does not mean automatic deletion after two days. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
A request also includes a unique reference, submission time, and limited campaign attribution. Form answers are not sent to Google advertising or Meta advertising events. Submitting a request does not purchase insurance or guarantee eligibility, pricing, or coverage.
Phone links
Selecting a call button opens your device’s supported calling application. Visiting this website does not automatically place a call. With optional measurement accepted, we record a call-button selection through the website event described below.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request logs.
Optional Google measurement
With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand public page visits, where visitors arrive from, and call-button selections. Google may process cookie and device identifiers, IP and browser information, page details, and approved advertising click or campaign identifiers. A call-button selection is a website interaction; it does not establish that a call connected or was qualified. Our call-click events do not contain caller phone numbers or quote-form answers.
Meta measurement
We use a Meta pixel to measure page visits, reading engagement, and selections of phone links unless you reject optional measurement or your browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal. These events can include browser and device information, page information, and advertising cookie identifiers. A phone-link selection does not establish that a call connected. Automatic form-information collection is disabled, and our Meta events do not include callback-form answers.
When permitted by your privacy choice, a Facebook click identifier may be stored for up to 90 days to help attribute visits and calls. CallRail is configured to capture selected attribution cookies for call reporting.
Privacy choices
Optional Google measurement stays off until you select Accept optional. Reject optional keeps Google measurement off and stops our Meta measurement. A supported Global Privacy Control browser signal is honored. Personalized advertising and Google signals remain disabled. Use Privacy choices in the footer to review or change your choice. We store this preference in this browser for this website for up to 180 days. Rejecting later stops our future Google and Meta measurement events and clears the Meta attribution cookies managed by this website. It does not necessarily erase every cookie that another service previously stored. Calls remain available either way. These choices control our Google and Meta measurement, separately from hosting, CallRail, and the services needed to process your callback request. Callback requests and phone links remain available regardless of your measurement choice.
CallRail
CallRail is used for call tracking. Call information can include the dialed number, caller number, call time, duration and routing details. A CallRail website script is installed to support website attribution where configured. The Google privacy choices do not disable this separate service. Contact us for questions about call handling, recording or retention.
Email inquiries
If you email us, your message and the contact information you provide are shared with Aurora Insurance Partners through the email service. Please keep general inquiries separate from insurance applications and avoid sending health information, Social Security numbers, or payment details by ordinary email.
Information shared by phone
A phone conversation and insurance application may involve personal information. Before sharing sensitive information, ask the agent how it will be used and request the applicable agency and insurer privacy notices.
